About Nathan:
Recyclapak was founded by Nathan in November 2011 with one clear goal: to provide businesses with a waste management service that's reliable, transparent and genuinely customer-focused.
Over the years, Nathan has built Recyclapak by believing that doing the right thing, delivering on promises and looking after customers will always be the best way to do business. His passion for finding better ways of working means there's rarely a dull day on site!

When he's not at work:
You'll most likely find Nathan cheering on West Bromwich Albion F.C. at The Hawthorns because supporting The Baggies is almost as important as running Recyclapak!

About Leanne:
Leanne joined Recyclapak in 2014 and has been an integral part of the company's journey ever since. As a Director, she helps oversee the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with customers, suppliers and the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Always known for being friendly and approachable, Leanne believes that building strong relationships is at the heart of great customer service. Whether she's helping a long-standing customer or welcoming someone new to Recyclapak, she always takes the time to understand their needs and find the right solution.

When she's not at work:
You'll probably find Leanne enjoying a delicious meal with friends or family, accompanied by something with a few bubbles in it! She believes life's too short not to celebrate the little moments.

About Burt:
If there's one person who keeps everything running like clockwork, it's Burt. As Recyclapak's Site Manager, he's the go-to person for making sure operations run efficiently, safely and to the high standards our customers expect.
Exceptionally organised and always one step ahead, Burt has a knack for keeping the site running smoothly while somehow managing to keep everyone smiling at the same time. His positive attitude and infectious sense of humour make him a favourite with both the team and customers alike.
Whether he's coordinating operations, solving problems or lending a hand wherever it's needed, Burt brings energy, enthusiasm and plenty of laughs to every working day.

When he's not at work:
If Burt isn't keeping busy, he's probably making someone laugh. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and is never far away from a good joke or a bit of friendly banter.

About Dave:
Having been with the business for over a decade, Dave has played a huge part in Recyclapak's journey from its early days to the company it is today. His loyalty, dedication and work ethic have helped shape the business, making him one of its longest-serving and most valued team members.
Officially, Dave's role is to drive, but ask anyone at Recyclapak and they'll tell you he does so much more than that. Whether he's helping out wherever needed, keeping things organised or lending a hand behind the scenes, Dave is always willing to go the extra mile.
Reliable, organised and always up for a laugh, he's someone the team know they can depend on. Customers appreciate his friendly approach, while colleagues value the experience and knowledge he brings to the business every single day.

From preparing materials and keeping the site organised to supporting collections and helping wherever needed, their contribution is a huge part of what makes Recyclapak successful.
No two days are the same, and our team brings a great mix of experience, energy and personality to everything they do. They work hard, have a laugh along the way and take pride in being part of a business where everyone knows they matter.
